How did my story begin?
Hello!
My name is Ewelina Frihauf. I am a Clinical Aromatherapist. In addition, I work with crystals and the 7 main energy centers in our body called chakras.
Nature, essential oils, energy, and crystals are deeply rooted in my family. My great-grandmother was an energy healer. With her own hands, she healed animals. She also cared for women during childbirth (she was a midwife) and their newborn babies. My other grandmother, on the other hand, was a precious gem and jewelery appraiser. My grandparents, along with my parents owned a Nursery for Trees and Plants, which still exists today.
My innate curiosity about the world led me to the United States, where, like many people, I got busy working and going to school after work and got caught up in the rush of life. When one day I became sick, I decided that I had no choice, either more antibiotics or essential oils. Fortunately, the longing for nature won. So, in 2007, I started a whole new chapter in my life. I have experienced firsthand that essential oils really work. I came to the conclusion that I would not avoid the family destiny, which was with me on the other end of the world. I decided to use the potential and knowledge I inherited from my grandparents.
My active journey has been going on for more than 16 years. During it, I discovered many secrets related to essential oils. When I was 17, I became interested in chakras, which opened the door for me to a world filled with peace and harmony that each of us desires. Precious stones surrounded me with their positive energy, since I was born because my grandmother kept a lot of them at home.
Where has my curiosity led me?
I discovered hundreds and hundreds of plants from all over the world, that I had no idea even existed. I could see them, touch them, smell them, and above all, learn how the essential oils obtained from them work.
I have met many wonderful mentors and shamans from Australia to South America, who introduced me to the previously unknown secrets of unlocking energy flow by harmonizing energy centers in our body, which are available only to a small group of people.
I felt firsthand the power of crystals and how they can change a person’s life for the better, to be healthier and more beautiful.
Currently, after 16 years of active practice, it has become a fact that I myself teach accredited courses and offer individual consultations in the fields of aromatherapy, spiritual development and crystals. For many years I have also been an active member of two international associations: the Alliance of International Aromatherapists (AIA) and the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy (NAHA.)
How do I use my knowledge in practice?
By nature, I am a person who, if I undertake something, pursues the goal in all possible ways. That is why I do not base my knowledge on only one course.
I believe that knowledge should be gained throughout one’s life experience. I have been practicing spiritual development for over 16 years and I am constantly deepening my knowledge in this topic.
I draw on the wisdom of ancient cultures and the experience of the best masters, mentors, and shamans from all over the world from the USA to Latin America, South America, Australia, Asia and Europe. I effectively infect/develop my passion and inspire people from all over the world.
I have taught classes in aromatherapy in Kunmig, China (near the Vietnam border), Jilin City near North Korea, and in Shanghai, China. I have also taught aromatherapy courses in England, Poland, Australia and the USA. I have been a speaker many times at the MIND BODY AND SPIRIT Expo in Melbourne, Sydney and on the Gold Coast in Australia, the largest spiritual and health event in that country. In addition, I am often interviewed by independent media, such as NTV, VTV 1 Studio Wrocław, wRealu24, Andy Choiński TV, Zygfryd Ciupka TV, on many topics related to the development of our planet, aromatherapy, and spiritual development. I also have my own Youtube channel with over 30 thousand subscribers.
What do I have to offer to you?
What I can offer you is many years of active experience in the farthest corners of the world, among nature, which is often breathtaking. In the company of people from all kinds of cultures, with all kinds of life experiences and different perspectives. It is the knowledge of the most fascinating plants, gems and spiritual development.
Years of practice have taught me to avoid a heavy and complicated language of teaching. I share my knowledge of spirituality, aromatherapy, and crystals in a clear and accessible way. It is important to me that my students do not feel bored or overwhelmed with new knowledge. I leave no questions unanswered.
I experienced this myself during my studies, when teachers with a great deal of knowledge passed it on in a complicated way, thus creating a rigid atmosphere. During my courses there is a positive and inspiring atmosphere. I believe that this is the only way my students be able to quickly implement it into their daily lives.
What is my goal?
I know that not all of us have the opportunity to explore the world to the extent that I am fortunate enough to get to know it.
I know that thanks to aromatherapy, gems and energy, it is possible to achieve the wide-ranging life balance that we all so desperately need today.
My goal is to inspire as many people as possible to live without toxins that destroy and poison our lives, taking away our health and faith.
I dream that each of us will be able to unlock our life potential on our own, in order to live a healthy and happy life, pursuing our goals and passions.
Today, it is with great pleasure, that I share my many years of experience and knowledge with anyone who would like to change their daily life for the better.
